Dr Mrs. Smita Naram on women's dry libido problem :

For dry or sluggish , loose vagina post delivery.
Buy a dropper from the market and sterilize it.
Mix equal parts of
Cow's Pure Ghee (clarified butter) and
Til Oil (sesame oil)

Add ten drops of this mixture to your vagina before going to sleep every night.
This remedy should be followed for 2 - 3 months.

Also, for women who have loss of sexual desire due to hormonal imbalance or had past bad sexual experiences or loss of elasticity in the vagina due to childbirth.

Boil 1 tbsp Jau (barley) with 2 glasses of water. Pressure cook it. It will become 1 glass. Add the following herbal mixture to it :
1 tsp Jeera Powder (cumin seed powder)
1 tsp Saunf Powder (fennel seed powder)
1/4 tsp Ajwain Powder (carom seed powder)
1 tsp Jestimadhu Powder (licorice powder)
1/2 tsp Brahmi Powder (gotukola powder)

Take this twice a day. This remedy is also beneficial for weight loss.

Dr Mrs. Smita Naram on chronic cough and cold :

Make a herbal tea using
20 Tulsi leaves ( Holy Basil leaves)
10 Pudina leaves ( Mint leaves )
1/2 inch fresh Adrak (Fresh Ginger )
1/2 inch fresh Dalchini ( Cinnamon )
2 Lavang ( Cloves)
2 Miri ( Pepper corn)

Mash all the above.
Add, 1 1/2 cup (one and half cup) of water to the mixture above and let it boil on low heat.
Strain and squeeze the liquid when it becomes 1 cup of water.

You can also add honey for taste.

3 times a day for 2 days for regular cough
3 times a day for 2 months for chronic cough

Dr Mrs. Smita Naram on swine flu prevention :

Take 1 teaspoon Guduchi powder ( Tinospora Cordifolia )
with 1/4 teaspoon Soont powder ( Dry Ginger Powder )

3 times a day


Dr Mrs. Smita Naram on swine flu with fever or any other viral flu with fever :

Take 1 teaspoon Guduchi powder ( Tinospora Cordifolia )
with 1/4 teaspoon Soont powder ( Dry Ginger Powder )
with 1 teaspoon of Tulsi juice ( Basil leaves juice )

5 times a day

Also , have ONLY green moong dal soup ( Vigna radiata) for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
