Dr Mrs. Smita Naram on chronic cough and cold :
Make a herbal tea using
20 Tulsi leaves ( Holy Basil leaves)
10 Pudina leaves ( Mint leaves )
1/2 inch fresh Adrak (Fresh Ginger )
1/2 inch fresh Dalchini ( Cinnamon )
2 Lavang ( Cloves)
2 Miri ( Pepper corn)
Mash all the above.
Add, 1 1/2 cup (one and half cup) of water to the mixture above and let it boil on low heat.
Strain and squeeze the liquid when it becomes 1 cup of water.
You can also add honey for taste.
3 times a day for 2 days for regular cough
3 times a day for 2 months for chronic cough

Take 1 teaspoon Guduchi powder ( Tinospora Cordifolia )
with 1/4 teaspoon Soont powder ( Dry Ginger Powder )
3 times a day
Dr Mrs. Smita Naram on swine flu with fever or any other viral flu with fever :
Take 1 teaspoon Guduchi powder ( Tinospora Cordifolia )
with 1/4 teaspoon Soont powder ( Dry Ginger Powder )
with 1 teaspoon of Tulsi juice ( Basil leaves juice )
5 times a day
Also , have ONLY green moong dal soup ( Vigna radiata) for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
Take 1 teaspoon Guduchi powder ( Tinospora Cordifolia )
with 1/4 teaspoon Soont powder ( Dry Ginger Powder )
